Choosing a Location :
Choosing a Location :
We decided to film are our chosen Thriller in "Cornhill Manor",which is one of the off - campus boarding houses which belongs to the school. The reason we chose Cornhill out of all the houses available was because ....
1.) It's an incredibly big house with variety of little houses such as the annex attached to it, which gave us the idea that realistically this is where the servants and maids of the boys (Calum), would live throughout there services to his family.
2.) Cornhill's interior embraces the culture of Britain. It uses luxurious oak wood for it's furniture and walls which presents a strong sense of wealth, as well many of the dorm rooms in Cornhill have onsuite bathrooms attached to there bedrooms which as well as being shown as a privellage, from the shooting perspective it makes it alot more practical to film, for example with the butler coming in and out of bathroom at ease without any door slamming and having to shoot from a different location.

Meet Finbar :
Meet Finbar:
We decided to choose Finn to play the role of the butler as well as the torturer, because it enabled us to literally kill two birds in one stone and save time by not choosing another actor. We felt Finn as well as Calum looked extremely middle class which would be convenient for the purpose of the butler, as well as being slightly taller then Calum, enabled him to be able to pretend to torture Calum at ease, as well as create a real sense of realism with a lack of awkwardness.

Meet Calum :
We decided to use Calum as the lead for the main factors of .....
1.) He is extremely tall
2.) He looks extremely middle class which is the style we were aiming for throughout our shoot.
3.) He has extremely thick as well as layered hair which is important as it creates the right texture for certain torture scenes in throughout our opening sequence.
